Ive ordered from here many times. Love their food. The quality is great. Clean and fresh food. The service is always prompt. Building is clean and tidy. Also, want to give recognition to a worker named Daniel. I placed an accidental incorrect order on Door Dash and called the store to see how i could fix it, and Daniel was very pleasant and quickly fixed this issue with me on the phone. Great customer service skills! I highly recommend eating here!
Great food that is worth every penny. Idk for some reason they were only taking cash when I walked in; nothing bad about that though. The food took a lil longer to be served but I could tell it were freshly made near closing time.
This rating is more about the sum of my experiences at Albasha as this particular visit was closer to a three. While the service was great and the atmosphere was 'as expected', this particular dish fell short. The lamb shank plate is pretty bland to look at and about the same in taste. Lumps of relatively plain meat that taste about as well as they look. Not bad mind you - just very plain. Perhaps the lamb shishkabob would have been a better choice for me. If it wasn't for the feta salad, hummus, or even the rice - there wouldn't be much here to talk about. The chicken schwarma, the combo plate, and the mousaka are all superior choices that I'll return to (or try something new) over this dish. On that note, the other dish at the table (the reliable standby chicken schwarma) was reported to be great as usual.
Good food. Liked the ethnic selections and quality of food. Good service. Decent atmosphere for casual dining. Nice outdoor area though we ate inside this time of year.
We use a delivery service from Albasha. We always select Pita Bread with our orders. In all the times we ordered we were only given Pita Bread once. If Peta Bread is offered with the meal we select it. If it is an extra choice we select and pay for it. Yet we never get the Peta Bread. The food is good, but the person packaging the orders for delivery does a terrible job. It is a small thing, but it demonstrates a lack of caring for the customer. Tonight we ordered a salad with extra dressing and Peta Bread, no bread and no extra dressing and we were charged for it.
Had the chicken shawarma and gyros combination this time. Excellent!
Service was great as usual, no waiting for service for lunch, and food came out of the kitchen quickly. Restaurant was clean and smelled nice.
Given the consistent quality, this is my go-to place now. They are good value for the food and ride the edge of no frills date night and suit and tie, black cocktail dress date night rather well. The latter will be a bit unusual but the decor lends itself well to either one.
Lambchops were great, cooked perfectly medium rare and tender enough to pull apart. Hummus was great salad was also very good!
Staff were also very respectful and responsive.
The service and the atmosphere was great, but I go to restaurants mainly for the food. What I got was decent, but not good enough that I would go back for more. I got the beef shish kebab platter. It comes with hummus, pita, rice, and a salad. The hummus was pretty good, the pita was too chewy for my liking, the rice was decent and the salad was as simple as a salad could be (lettuce dressing, a sprinkle of feta, and one olive). The beef shish kebab was decent, but could’ve been better with a little bit more flavoring.
